disclaimer: this is a note to self but i just thought it would be good to update my feelings up the board

1. not everyone expresses love the same way. in different languages, it can be as palpable as i love you or even checking on you constantly throughout their daily busy schedule just to make sure the slightest things of you is fine.not everybody is raised in a home where "i love you" is said. don't think less of a people for expressing love conventional method.

2. different people belong to varying spectrum parts of your life. while some might be permanent, others are temporary as much as we want them to stay. people come and go. sometimes somethings happen with the intention to hurt but it makes you the way you are, to be stronger, wiser, and better than who you are before you met them. 
its not that you don't condign to be in their lives, but that they worth just so much to not be able to stay in your life.

3. never lower your expectations to meet the behest, don't wait for things to happen. only the finest gets the best quality, nothing worth having comes easy.

LASTLY
self love is so important because nobody will love you if you don't love yourself.
